Delete Account
Parking Pal users can delete their account directly inside the app.
Delete your account in the app
To delete your account, sign in to Parking Pal and navigate to:
Account → Delete Account & Remove My Data
You will be asked to confirm before your account is permanently deleted.
What happens when your account is deleted?
Your personal account information, including your profile and login details, will be removed from our systems.
Comments, parking submissions, location updates and history records may remain in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of the community parking database.
If you wish to remove comments before deleting your account, these can be deleted manually within the app before account deletion.
If you cannot access your account
If you are unable to sign in to the app, or you would like specific data removed without deleting your entire account, you can contact us directly.

Where possible, please contact us from the email address associated with your Parking Pal account.
